Fridgid skiing today
Our Team shot. Everyone loved my C6s here with those green bases
Temps were affected today by the wind chill.
-27 C at the top of the Mountain @9am and -14C at the base with the wind chill. Consequently we spent most of the day over at Topping Creek enjoying somewhat warmer temps. How ever the sun failed to make an appearance all day and high cloud kept the groomers in tip top shape. The bumps to the side’s of most of the runs today were still fun to ski and not to hard which was surprising.
Most folks on the camp were pretty tired and as a consequence the day was spent in a very low key mode cruising around the runs and doing some fun racing games.
So I have squeezed in 20 days skiing here at Red and a few more to come in Smithers. My trees skiing has improved and I can handle some bumps if there are not too steep - progress I feel.
The blog will be back when we reach smithers.
