Temp in Town: -4C
Temp on the hill -7C but in the cloud it felt much colder with the crew mentioning cold fingers, toes and thighs. The runs off the sky line chair were all in the cloud until after lunch when the t-bar area cleared providing some nice warming sun and breath taking views of the surrounding Mountains. So many Mountains in this part of BC.
The PG trying to hide the green dot for the Twinkly Toes run. Still nice carvy snow everywhere.
With the ski rental shops closed in Smithers due to BC Family Day the PG had to hire some gear on the hill. Luckly they had some boots big enought to fit his large feet so he hired skis, boots and poles and got a lift ticket all for under a $100. So cheep.
There is still some great skiing around the Mtn the snow is dry and I havent seen an ice chunk since we got here. With Ellie on the mend all 4 of us made it up today.
