A Dusting of New Snow Overnight

This lift gives access to some nice intermediate terrain. If only it was faster.

3 cm of new snow was logged on the hill overnight. This helped cover over some of the skied out snow from yesterday. But it was dust on crust some places and with high cloud the light was a little flat so some cation was required.

-3C when I arrived warming to +3 when I left. Much warmer skiing conditions than earlier in the week.

Saturday crowds arrived in Panorama today but still not as bad as Saturday @ Turoa for sure and my fav carpark was waiting for me as I arrived early just after 8.40am. Not quite 1st chair but not far off it.

Groomers were in fab condition first thing in the morning before getting skied off.

It surely made my heart sing those first few runs with few people and untracked cord. Simple pleasures my friends. My love affair with Canada continues!
