He hates dogs

Today I got my cat fix with my coffee at Bugwood Coffee, he even had a cool as bow tie.

Tomorrow I head back to good old Aoteroa and I hear it’s been hot and dry. After having such a good ski here in Smithers I reckon I’m gonna roast.

Beautiful groomed runs

The hill today was a mix of wind blown snow on the ridges, dust on crust lower down and some hard pack - think Big Bowl at Turoa on a frozen day and beautiful groomers. I reckon there would have been less than 50 people on the hill today. Talk about spoilt.

I feel my ski fitness has improved over the last 2 weeks - I can now ski down those thigh burning runs without a stop and plenty of turns.
