As most folks know Hong Kong is a shopping mecca. With a huge population of 7.5m people squeezed into a small area and lots of high density residential towers. The opportunity for retail therapy knows no bounds.
Yesterdays purchase by the PG himself must count as the most interesting of the trip to date.
Yes my reader these are indeed two new tyres for the Tesla and would weigh 10-12kgs each and are coming home with us on Sunday!. So for the petrol heads and tyre nurds out there reading the blog these are Pirelli Pzero 245/35/r21 (whew) and have resulted in a saving of $1,000 for the cash strapped kiwifruit grower from the BOP. We do however have to haul them to the airport on the bus.
We visited the flower market today which is a truly fabulous trip. The orchids here are amazing.
