Tree Queen’s

One of my goals for this trip was to ski in the trees with confidence and make it thru without harming any trees or myself. Today was my 1st day having a little play in the trees off to the side of the main runs. While I do have a long way to go in terms of confidence and speed (I’m even slower in the trees if that’s possible). I do feel that it’s baby steps and I will keep you readers updated on my progress. I also changed groups and joined Tad and another lady - Jen from Toronto skiing today. This group is so small it’s like private lessons. Consequently we did a lot of miles today and I can hardly get those quads moving up the stairs at the cabin.

Low cloud socked in the lower mountain for most of the day, but the Mountain tops were bathed in sunshine and with warm temps the skiing was glorious. Grace and Ellie are also clocking up the miles and are certainly getting to know the mountain and all the different runs around. Mouguls included.
